Accessibility Statement

Last updated September 3, 2026

ST4Y READY Consulting serves corporate and government organizations, and our materials must be usable by everyone in the workforce we are hired to develop.

Our conformance target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for st4yready.com. WCAG 2.2 is the current W3C Recommendation, and we treat it as the standard for both this site and the participant materials we deliver.

What we have implemented

Semantic page structure with a single main landmark and ordered headings; keyboard-operable navigation, menus and interactive tools; visible focus indicators; text alternatives for meaningful images; labels on every form control; status messages announced to assistive technology; a light and dark theme both checked for contrast; and tap targets sized for touch on mobile.

Known limitations

Some interactive practice tools rely on drag, timing or fine pointer interaction and offer a keyboard path that is functional but less efficient. Embedded third-party scheduling and video players are governed by their providers' accessibility support. Older downloadable documents are being re-tagged progressively.

Alternate formats

Any assessment, workbook or catalog on this site can be provided in an alternate accessible format on request, at no cost. Live sessions can be delivered with captioning and accessible participant materials when arranged in advance.

Report a barrier

If you encounter something you cannot use, email info@st4yreadyconsulting.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to resolve or provide an accessible alternative within ten.
