Privacy Policy

We collect the information you enter into forms on this site: your name, work email address, organization, role, team size, and the challenge you describe. Assessment and scorecard pages also record the answers you select and the resulting score so we can return your result and, if you request it, a written report.

Purchases are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the associated email address; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

We record page views and interaction events (for example, starting a scorecard or downloading a guide) together with the page path, the referring URL, UTM campaign parameters, a randomly generated session identifier, and your browser user agent. This tells us which content leads to a conversation.

To deliver what you asked for, to follow up about an engagement, to send the newsletter or sequence you opted into, to measure how the site performs, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not opted in, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.

We use service providers to host the site and database, send transactional and marketing email, process payments, schedule calls, and measure traffic. Each provider processes data only to perform those functions for us.

Lead and assessment records are kept while there is an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship, then deleted on request. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing us; we respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. Sensitive lead and event records are restricted to administrator accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what we actually need.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
