Scorecard and assessment responses are stored with the score, the submitting email address when one is provided, and the session identifier. Responses are used to return the participant's result and, within a paid engagement, to report aggregate patterns to the sponsoring organization.

Inside an engagement, individual responses are shared with the sponsoring organization only in aggregate unless the participant agrees otherwise in writing. Coaching notes are not disclosed.

This site stores a randomly generated session identifier and campaign attribution values in your browser so that a visit can be tied to the content that produced it. Where configured, we also use third-party measurement tags for site analytics and advertising measurement. These set their own cookies under their own policies.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site remains functional without them; only measurement accuracy is affected.

Marketing email is sent only after opt-in and confirmation. Delivery events such as sends and failures are logged so we can diagnose problems. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored immediately.

Scoring for our scorecards and assessments is deterministic — fixed rules, not a model deciding your result. Where we use automated or generative tools internally, they support drafting and summarizing our own materials.

We do not use client or participant data to train third-party models, and we do not submit identified assessment responses or coaching notes to a public generative service. If an engagement ever calls for automated analysis of client data, we will state it in the statement of work and obtain approval first.

We use providers for hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, video hosting and analytics. A current list of providers and their function is available to prospective clients on request.
