Refund Policy

If a purchased assessment, workbook or executive edition is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request. Because the files are delivered immediately, we ask that you stop using and delete the material once a refund is issued.

Organization and cohort licenses are refundable in full before the material is distributed to participants. After distribution, refunds are prorated against the seats not yet issued.

Cohort programs and advisory retainers are governed by the signed statement of work. Absent other written terms: deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the first session; sessions cancelled with at least 7 days' notice are rescheduled at no cost; and an engagement can be ended mid-term with 30 days' written notice, with unearned fees returned.

Discovery calls are free. If we conclude ST4Y READY is not the right fit, we will say so on the call and, where we can, point you toward a better fit.

Email info@st4yreadyconsulting.com from the purchasing address with the product name and date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
