Digital Product Terms & Licensing

Individual purchases grant one named person a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the material for their own leadership practice, and to print copies for their own use. Sharing the file or its download link outside that person is not permitted.

Organization licensing covers a stated number of leaders inside one organization, and permits internal duplication and distribution to those named participants. It does not permit posting the material on a public site, using it to deliver paid training to third parties, or incorporating it into another provider's curriculum.

Organization and cohort licensing is scoped on a call. Book a consultation to size it.

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the material; removing ST4Y READY branding, footers or attribution; creating derivative products for sale; or using the material to train an automated system or model without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not confer the right to facilitate it as a program under the ST4Y READY name. Facilitation and train-the-trainer rights are granted only under a separate written agreement.

Products are delivered as downloadable files immediately after purchase. Keep a local copy; if you lose access, email us and we will reissue the download to the purchasing address at no charge.
