Bring the John Maxwell Team Leadership Game to Your Organization
This is not another training session. It is a facilitated leadership experience that uses thought-provoking cards, guided discussion, and healthy debate to create honest conversations around leadership, communication, trust, and team dynamics. Available in person or virtually for teams of 6–12.
Quick FAQ
What format does the session follow?
A certified facilitator guides your team through a series of leadership-themed cards, discussion prompts, and healthy debate. It is interactive from start to finish — no lectures, no slide decks.
What is the ideal group size?
The game is built for 6–12 participants. That size creates enough diversity of perspective while keeping the conversation intimate and productive.
How long does it take?
Most sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on team size and how deeply the group wants to explore each topic. Half-day debrief options are available.
Can we experience it in person or virtually?
Yes — both formats work. In-person sessions use physical cards around a table for maximum energy. Virtual sessions use a digital card deck and breakout rooms, with the same facilitated structure and outcomes.
