What is expected
- 1For each scenario, read the business constraint and select the one action you would authorize first. Several options may be reasonable; weigh enterprise impact and what happens next.
- 2For forced rankings, use the arrows to put the priority you would address first at the top. Order all four items before locking in your ranking.
- 3For risk-prioritization rounds, rank the exposure needing attention soonest at the top—not simply the risk that sounds most severe.
- 4For sequencing rounds, arrange the four actions in the order you would execute or present them, from first through last.
- 5Work through all 15 decisions. You can go back to an earlier round; your progress is saved in this browser.
- 6After the final decision, review your four-dimension heat map and provide your details to unlock the full outbrief, decision rationales, action plan, and debrief option.
